Chinese dumplings (Jiaozi, 饺子) are stuffed parcels made of unleavened dough and savoury fillings consisting of minced ingredients like meat, egg, tofu, or vegetables. They can be boiled, pan-fried, or steamed.
Chinese dumplings (Jiaozi, 饺子) are made and eaten anytime to celebrate any occasions such as Chinese New Year and pr just gathering of friends. So, why don’t we come together to learn to make dumplings with Peter and Shirley that will share their secret recipe and let’s eat and enjoy this offering together among friends.
